"People teams" are "Human resources department". If it's not that, it's wrong because the technical teams are made of people too -- and the mindshare teams are not _just_ touchy-feely people stuff. I'm pretty strongly in favor of keeping Mindshare for lack of a better word. (We had "Outreach" before, which I think is good in the abstract but has connotations of diversity and inclusion outreach in specific so doesn't work as an overall for this.)
