Shows how to place copies of a molecular model in a helical filament electron microscopy map of a TubZ filament map (EMDB 1757). This is a 2-start helix with rise per subunit 42 Angstroms and rotation per subunit of 21 degrees, and the video shows how to describe that symmetry in order to make molecule copies.
