Tracking information for EMS and parcels sent from Japan to Italy cannot be checked after dispatch from Japan because of a problem in Poste Italiane's system. Poste Italiane said that delivery operations are normal, but considerable time will be needed to fix their tracking system. We apologize for any inconvenience.
