Function Description
The MDL block is a discrete simulator of continuous-time system with transfer function

F (s) = \frac{K_{0} e^{- D s}}{(τ_{1} s + 1) (τ_{2} s + 1)},

where $K_{0} > 0$ is the static gain k0, $D \geq 0$ is the time-delay del and $τ_{1}, τ_{2} > 0$ are the system time-constants tau1 and tau2.

This block propagates the signal quality. More information can be found in the 1.4 section.
