Breaking change: this release migrates Foundry hosting to the Azure.AI.AgentServer 2.0 (Responses container protocol v2.0) surface. It is only compatible with responses protocol v2.0. Use a previous release for the v1 protocol definition. See docs/decisions/0030-hosted-platform-context-agentserver-2.0.md.
