In accordance with the provisions of Article 35, Section 9 of the Act on General Rules for Incorporated Administrative Agencies, Japan's Minister of Finance provides the National Printing Bureau with Annual Objectives for its business performance.
In response, the Bureau formulates and publicizes a Business Plan in accordance with Article 35, Section 10 of the same act.
