convert v3draw to tiff under command line

I want to use plugin: data_IO -> convert_file_format, to convert v3draw to tiff.
I tired to run the following command, but fail to convert the file.
Could you please help to correct the command.

The right command is "vaa3d -x libconvert_file_format -f convert_format -i trn_1.v3draw -o trn_1.tif"

If you do not know how to use a particular plugin from the command line, you can check the help information. For instance: if you type "vaa3d -x libconvert_file_format -f help", you will get these information:

This plugin converts file formats from one to another, based on the extension of the file names provided.
Usage: v3d -x dll_name -f convert_format -i input_image_file -o output_image_file

By the way, please use start_vaa3d.sh to launch Vaa3D instead of using vaa3d executable file to avoid these fail instantiation errors.

I type "vaa3d -x libconvert_file_format -f help" but it comes like that
E:\multiplex imaging\MSOT\Vaa3D-x.1.1.0_Windows_64bit>vaa3d -x libconvert_file_format -f help
'vaa3d' 不是内部或外部命令,也不是可运行的程序
或批处理文件。
I would be very glad if you help me about the problem.
