Courtesy Visit to Minister of Justice by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Japan

On December 12, 2022, Mr. SAITO Ken, Minister of Justice received a courtesy visit by H.E. Ms. Julia Longbottom CMG, British Ambassador to Japan.

Minister Saito welcomed Ambassador Longbottom and expressed his gratitude for congratulations offered to him by the Ambassador, on assuming the office of Minister of Justice. In addition, the Minister and the Ambassador confirmed that they would work together to further deepen mutual understanding and cooperation between Japan and the United Kingdom, which is an important partner country sharing the same values in the field of law and justice.
