Japan and Singapore exchange Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) (July 29, 2021)

On July 29, 2021, at the Ministry of Justice of Japan, a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) was signed by and exchanged between H.E. KAMIKAWA Yoko, Minister of Justice of Japan, and H.E. Edwin Tong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law of the Republic of Singapore.

After the signing ceremony, both ministers exchanged their views and agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of legal and judicial affairs, including international commercial dispute resolution, based on the MOC.
