On 17 September 2025, Mr. SUZUKI Keisuke, Minister of Justice of Japan, received a courtesy visit by H.E. Mr. Michael McGrath, European Commissioner for Democracy, Justice, the Rule of Law, and Consumer Protection.

Minister Suzuki and Commissioner McGrath reaffirmed to further strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation in the field of law and justice.
