Details
[edit ]Set to true to allow email notifications to a user when someone else edits the user's talk page.
The option (called enotifusertalkpages) is shown in user preferences and users can opt-in to receive an email when someone else changes their talk page.
If $wgEmailAuthentication is set to false, this setting is ignored.
