dumpInterwiki.php was a maintenance script that was located in the maintenance directory that could be used to build constant database file of interwiki prefixes.
It is Wikimedia-specific and used with $wgInterwikiCache .
It was moved to the WikimediaMaintenance extension in r96489 .
