I use markdown .md files for most of my chats, you can easily convert to docx or pptx. It integrates well with obsedian and Joplin notes so no need to convert anything until you reach the final production version.

I disagree about obsedian replacing Microsoft Word, it is basically a note taking application, and a superb one for sure but not a word processor.

I would suggest adding open webui, it works seamlessly with ollams, nice GUI, tons of tweaks and addons
