The 14th East Asia Top Level Officials' Meeting on Competition Policy and the 11th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC), along with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), will co-host the 14th East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy and the 11th East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy in Sydney, Australia.
The East Asia Top Level Officials’ Meeting on Competition Policy has been held aiming at strengthening the cooperative relationship among competition authorities/competition related authorities through candid exchange of views and information with attendance of the top-level officials from those authorities.
The East Asia Conference on Competition Law and Policy has been organized for the purpose of developing the common understanding on importance of competition law and policy in the East Asia region.
Seventeen authorities in the region in total will participate in the Meeting and the Conference this year.
