Summary: This Recommendation focuses on how to utilize existing capabilities and high-level services of IMT-2020 networks and beyond to provide a converge service that could enhance operational efficiency and quality for areas with complex functions and concentrated resources, using the business districts as a typical case study. Through analysing regional statical level network data, the service scenarios may include development planning, regional marketing, dense crowd and traffic warning, etc.
