Remote Participation Services

Fully virtual meetings and physical meetings with remote participation allow delegates to present contributions and participate in discussions remotely. Interpretation is available via the online platform for many meetings. Remote delegates can also communicate with other delegates via the chat function, provide input at the request of the chat, highlight technical problems or share text and send messages.

All m​​ajor ITU meetings have been transmitted via webcast since 1998. It is a passive service which does not allow for participant interaction.
