Julia Pullen is a member of the division "Automotive Engineering - Vehicle Safety and Innovative Vehicle Technologies" of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, Germany. Her competence lies in the examination of legal issues concerning automated driving in particular and intelligent transport systems in general. She chairs the Working Group "law" of the German Round Table "Automated Driving" and is a member of the German delegation of UNECE/WP1.
Julia Pullen studied law at the University of Cologne, Germany. She specialized and obtained a doctorate in Public International Law.
