Executive Summary of the WP1/11, WP2/11, WP3/11 and WP4/11 meetings
(Virtual, 7 February 2024)
Working Party 1/11 (Signalling requirements and protocols for emerging telecommunications networks), Working Party 2/11 (Control and management protocols for IMT-2020 and beyond) Working Party 3/11 (Conformance and interoperability testing) and Working Party 4/11 (Combating counterfeit telecommunication/ICT devices/software and mobile device theft) meetings were held fully virtual on 7 February 2024.
The meetings were preceded by SG11 interim Rapporteur Group meetings (RGM) of Questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16/11.
Note: The Q12/11 RGM was cancelled due to lack of input documents.
1 Draft Recommendations for (TAP) Determination (Resolution 1)
No draft Recommendations were determined at the WP1/11, WP2/11, WP3/11 and WP4/11 meetings.
Note: the determination of draft Recommendation ITU-T Q.CCF-CCSD, which was planned to be finalized at the interim WP4/11 meeting, was postponed.

No draft Recommendations were consented at the WP1/11, WP2/11, WP3/11 and WP4/11 meetings.
Note: the consent of draft Recommendations ITU-T Q.SD-DCI and Q.PIS, which were planned to be finalized at the interim WP1/11 and WP3/11 meetings, were postponed.

WP1/11
There were no draft Recommendations consented or determined by WP1/11 at this particular meeting.
Note: the consent of ITU-T draft Recommendation Q.SD-DCI and the agreement of Supplement Q.Suppl.heter_SI, which were planned to be finalized at the interim WP1/11 meeting, were postponed.
During this interim WP1/11 meeting the following outcomes were achieved:
- Agreed one supplement Q.Suppl.77 (ex.Q.Suppl.pSFC) "Signalling requirements for parallel SFC packet processing".
- Started three new work items, as follows (see details in SG11-TD100/WP1):
ITU-T Q.3741-rev: Signalling requirements for SD-WAN service;
Q.sup.netsoft-roadmap: Network softwarization standardization roadmap;
Q.Sup.BNG-fd: Signalling requirements for broadband network gateway pool based on function decoupling;
Progressed 24 ongoing work items, which cover aspects related to QKDN, CPN, emergency telecommunications, SD-WAN, BNG, SFC, signalling security, to name but a few;
Revised the title of the draft Recommendation Q.TSCA "Requirements for issuing digital certificates for signalling security";
- Considered 25 incoming liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD97/WP1);
- Agreed to send out five liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD98-R1/WP1).
WP2/11
There were no draft Recommendations consented or determined by WP2/11 at this particular meeting.
During this interim WP2/11 meeting the following outcomes were achieved:
Started one new work item - Q.SP-IBMO "Signaling and protocol for intent-based management and orchestration of network slicing in IMT-2020 networks and beyond" (see details in
SG11-TD63/WP2);
Progressed 17 ongoing work items, which cover aspects related to traffic flow coordination, protocols for network convergence, protocols for IMT-2020, protocols for energy efficiency; protocols for data streaming, protocols for intent-based management, protocols for hybrid peer-to-peer communications to name but a few;
Considered 14 incoming liaison statements (see details in
SG11-TD60/WP2);
Agreed to send out three liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD61-R1/WP2).

During this interim WP3/11 meeting the following outcomes were achieved:
- Started one new work item - Q.CED "Monitoring parameters for cloud-edge-device collaboration system" (see details in SG11-TD47/WP3);
- Progressed 11 ongoing work items, which cover aspects related to monitoring parameters for intelligent speech service, requirements for monitoring packet loss, monitoring ML/AI, SDN/NFV monitoring, DaaS, VoNR/ViNR interconnection, testing of DPI devices, to name but a few;
- Considered five incoming liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD44/WP3);
- Agreed to send out three liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD45/WP3).

WP4/11
There were no draft Recommendations consented or determined by WP4/11 at this particular meeting.
Note: the determination of draft Recommendation ITU-T Q.CCF-CCSD, which was planned to be finalized at the interim WP4/11 meeting, was postponed.
During this interim WP4/11 meeting the following outcomes were achieved:
- Progressed one ongoing work items, which cover aspects related to consumer centric framework for combating counterfeit and stolen ICT mobile devices;
- Considered two incoming liaison statements (see details in SG11-TD7/WP4);
- Agreed to send out one liaison statement (see details in SG11-TD8/WP4).
