How to subscribe

Members or non-Memrbers may join with no cost the FG AN activities, but a (free) ITU user account is required to participate.​


If you already have TIES or Guest account holders log in here ,​ and select the mailing lists​​. Then click on Subsc​ribe. Alternatively, sign in to MyWorkspace  and use the "Mailing lists" feature for one-click subscription (search for "fgml5g"). To view previous exchanges on these mailing lists archive, visit the FG-AN​

1. Visit the ITU User Account log​​in page and select "I am a new user". If your organization is an ITU member, select the correct category; if your organization is not an ITU member, cho​ose "Non ITU members":

 CREATE ITU USER ACCOUNT​​

​​2. Fill in the rest of the information. Once complete​d, you will immediately receive an e‐mail to activate your ITU user account. If you don't see it, check you spam folder. 3. Follow the link in the e‐mail to activate your new ITU account.​ This is a mandatory step!
    • If your organization is an ITU member, cl​ick "Request TIES access" to enjoy all features of an ITU account (after the focal point in organization approves the request).
4. You ar​​e now ready to go!​

JOIN A MAILING LIST

1. Click h​ere to open the FG-AN service directory.

2. Select a service (e.g. [1] the fgan mailing list) and click [2] Subscribe.  ​​​

REGISTER FOR THE NEXT MEETING

​​1. Log-in and com​​plete the form to register for the FG-AN meeting.
  • TIES access is not necessary to register.
  • Indicate whether you will be participating on-site or remotely.
  • Please note that visa assistance is only available for ITU members.

2. You will receive a confirmation email that you have been r​egister​​ed to the FG-AN meeting.​

ACCESS THE COLLABORATION SITE

With your ITU account, you can access the FG-AN​ collaboration site. 
There you find all documents as well as the Topic Group and Working Group webpages, group calendars, and other tools.
