• ​The DBSG3 databanks contains radio-wave propagation measurement data that have been submitted to,and accepted by, - ITU-R Study Group 3, - in accordance with the principles given in - Recommendation ITU-R P.311. - The data are used for testing related propagation prediction methods contained in the P-series of ITU-R Recommendations - Radio-wave Propagation.
• Persons wishing to submit data, access data or who have other requirements relating to the measurement data for all tables except Table VI-1 (Terrestrial Point-to-area data) are invited to join Correspondence Group CG 3M-2​ or contact the CG Chair or the relevant Table Keeper.
• Persons wishing to submit data, access data or who have other requirements relating to Table VI-1 (Terrestrial Point-to-area data) are invited to join Correspondence Group CG 3K-2​ or contact the CG Chair.
