These guidelines have been prepared by the WRC Secretariat to assist in the preparation and submission of proposals to the forthcoming WRC-15.

​The Conference Proposals Interface (CPI)​ 
This tool has been developed for the preparation and submission of proposals to WRC-15, in accordance with the ITU document templates and above-mentioned guidelines (see BR Circular CA/219 and its Addendum 1).

Proposals should be submitted by email at wrc15@itu.int or through the Conference Proposal Interface (CPI).

Deadline for the Submission of Proposals:
19 Oct. 2015 (see Resolution 165 (Guadalajara, 2010)).
