This Recommendation mainly include how to use data of Lightning Location System (LLS), which commonly uses to determine the cause of the malfunctions, damages in maintenance stage of telecommunication facilities, and is meaningful to promote the research and formulation of guidance for operating telecommunication facilities using data related to lightning strikes.
Lightning strikes data obtained by other systems (typically refer to Lightning Monitoring System in telecommunication facilities (LMS)) are also introduced in Appendix IV. The data usage strategy can also refer to this Recommendation.
