Summary: This recommendation describes the architecture and signalling requirements for dynamic bandwidth adjustment on demand on broadband network gateway implemented by software defined networking technologies. The objective is to enhance the intelligent control of broadband networks, provide open southbound interfaces to network devices, support extensible capability for open northbound interfaces to service platform, and then build flexible, intelligent, secure next-generation broadband network and service system
