Check Ownership Eligibility

We accept individuals who are:

• British Citizens
• British Overseas Territory Citizens
• British Subjects
• British Nationals (Overseas)
• A citizen of any of the countries listed in Schedule 1 of RAN 02

Bodies Corporate incorporated in any of the following countries and having their principal place of business in any of the following countries:

• The Isle of Man
• The United Kingdom
• The Channel Islands
• Any of the countries listed in Schedule 1 of RAN 02

To be eligible to own a Manx ship, a Limited partnership must satisfy ALL of the following criteria:

1) have their principal place of business in:

• The Isle of Man
• The United Kingdom
• The Channel Islands, or
• Any of the countries listed in Schedule 1 of RAN 02 , AND

2) be registered in any of the countries listed in Table 1; AND

3) have a general partner which is:

• i) an individual resident in any of the countries listed in Table 1; OR
• ii) a body corporate incorporated and which has its principal place of business in any of the countries listed Table 1
