We're consulting on proposals to change our fees with effect from 1 April 2023. The consultation has gone live today and can be found on the Isle of Man Government's consultation hub here.
For 2023/24 the Ship Registry proposes o:
- make an inflationary increase of 5% to all existing fees (rounded up to the nearest 1,ドル 5ドル or 10ドル);
- add "air lubrication systems" to the list of emission reducing technology which may qualify for a 15% "green" discount from annual registration fees;
- add a new fee for providing regulatory compliance assistance with the development of "novel design" or "equivalent arrangements" at 500ドル per day; and
- update the EEDI schedule following changes to the Required EEDI under MARPOL Annex VI.
