As I walked up the street towards out vet practice yesterday, I met a farmer I’ve known for quite a while. He had a bucket of electrolyte sachets under his arm and a green hat (branded with a random veterinary product) on his head.
"You’re all set for the St Patrick’s Day parade," I jibed at him with a smile as we stopped up for a chat.
