Teleporter

Can be found in crates, walls, for sale from the Shopkeeper or earned as a sacrifice from Kali in all worlds.

Teleporters are extremely dangerous and not recommended to use. If you don't have a clear path and you teleport into a wall you die. However, if you can somehow plan to teleport into something you will kill it.

The only useful application for this item is for the Achievement Speedlunky.
