Stake Driver

The Stake Driver is a unique kind of Trick Weapons in Bloodborne, that utilizes a fist blade that can be powered by an explosive force.

While the Stake Driver is a fairly short ranged weapon, it still provides reliable damage at a fairly fast rate. Because it's transformed state is not too much longer than it's regular state, the real benefit of the Stake Driver comes from it's critical attack. When the Stake Driver is shortened, you can preform a Strong Attack that extends the blade with explosive force, dealing massive amounts of damage in a short range, and leaving it extended. This attack leaves the fighter extremely vulnerable, and is best used wisely.

• Location Found: The Stake Driver can be obtained by defeating the Hunter Djura, who is found atop a tower in Old Yharnam, and will try to attack the player with his mounted Gatling Gun. After evading his fire, the player must ascend the tower and defeat Djura, either through close combat, or trying to knock him off the tower. Djura will drop the Powder Keg Hunter Badge, allowing purchase of his weapons. If Djura is knocked off the tower and the item cannot be retrieved, simply leave the area (or die) and return to the tower to find the item next to his gun.
