it took me a few years to start playing portal and portal 2 because I always tought they were just compilations of puzzles with great mechanic... little did I know what I was going to experience. Btw it really gets you in that mood that you want to play Portal 2, and when you're not playing it, you're thinking about it.

rhythm game type of innovation that the genre really needs

A great writing from Jon McKellan (didn't like Observation, but this is clearly superior). A 4-episode interactive adventure that mix the text-adveture genre with other puzzles very well, making a good use of the metalanguage. A bit of thriller feeling and 80's vibe delivering a nice surprise for a ~2.5 hour long game.
