This is the first game I ever beat that I’ll just keep beating. The game is meant to be replayed, and I think this game will be on my rotation for the lifespan of the Switch 2. There are so many challenges and alternate routes to play! Additionally, this is my first Switch 2 game the feels like a Switch 2 game. I don’t know what I real mean by that, but it feels true.

The biggest antagonist isn’t Eggman, not Shadow. It’s the jank. Oh my goodness the jank. I would get stuck on walls, inside bosses, on rails. For a games based off movement and speed? That’s inexcusable. I didn’t play this game as a kid so I don’t have any nostalgic factor for it. The vibes and story were just great, but man. Everything else just kinda sucked.

Game was really good vibe wise. Like really good. I loved seeing the nice pixel art and world map. The story... eh it hit sometimes. Garl dying is the only thing that hit. Even then, he got killed for calling the big baddie a "loser". That’s literally it. Man... if you could have put this game with like a Square Enix story, this game would have been a 10/10. I know there’s end game stuff but I’m not into it. Sorry. The two main characters are too boring. I don’t really need to know what happens next.

I know this is gonna sound weird, but if you like the shrines in BotW, you’re gonna love Portal. It’s basically a huge Zelda dungeon.

This game is a masterpiece and it knows it. The art and music in this game is phenomenal. The story is contained and easy to follow. Although simple, it’s moving. In a world full of serious, this game brings a feeling of positivity and community. This game also made me a fan of rhythm games. I wish there were more games like this. Additionally, I would also call this game the closest thing to a "Kingdom Hearts Like" in terms of gameplay and movement.

It took like 9 months before the PC port functioned like it should. It should be fine to play now but man was it rough in the beginning.

Saved this game for the Switch 2. First game I beat for it too! A simple Zelda game that had two final dungeons for me that required more thinking. Final boss was difficult too! I would have like more dungeons like the ice one and the Faron ones! Thought I glitched the game in the end there too haha.

This is one of the best Sonic games of the decade and it's not even made by Sonic Team. The few cutscenes that are in the game show that Hardlight knows how to make an expressive Sonic Game. The levels are colorful and are NOT automatic like past Sonic Games. Honestly, I think Sega should give this team a chance to remake the Adventure series. They can do it. They're capable. And if they're successful, let them make Sonic Adventure 3 while Sonic Team does whatever it is they do. I have a few issues with the game though. First, it's locked by Apple. Can't access it anywhere but the Apple Arcade and honestly. Sonic DT is the only game that's worth the sub. Second, I think Hardlight was limited. There are a lot of movement glitches in the game where speed is important. I'd get soft locked a lot but that can be fixed by giving the team more experience besides the Sonic Mobile games. Lastly, I couldn't 100% the game. There was a glitch in a level where Knuckles and Rouge can't climb a wall that they're supposed to be able to climb. 6/10 for now, but man.... SEGA please give these guys a bigger project. They can do it. And do it well.
