A proper return to form for the Wolfenstein franchise. From graphics, to gameplay, to worldbuilding, to sound design, Machine Games, in my opinion, made IdSoft proud with this entry. Everything that I loved about the previous entries has come back, but fully fleshed out. Combat is visceral and brutal and the graphics, level design, and sound design drive it all home. Icing on the top though, was giving our badass hero a more human side that drew me to continue playing to see the fight through. As far as singleplayer fps shooters are concerned in my opinion, this is what they should be. Easy to pick up, challenging to master and with a level of polish that make the player want to see it through.
