1000xRESIST is a game that will leave you confused, amazed, and frightened in all the best ways possible. Once you think you've gotten it all figured out, it throws ten more curveballs at you. With fantastic characterization, a soundtrack like no other, and a truly unique art style, 1000xRESIST is ALMOST perfect. Unfortunately, it is held back by a few things. Save files don't actually save the current moment you're in - when you load a save file, you might be kicked back anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. Additionally, the lack of graphical settings on PC leaves a game that, while unique in its art style, is downright ugly to look at at times. This is mostly due to the complete lack of antialiasing. The waypoint system leaves much to be desired, and does very little to ease completionist woes. Overall, I still highly recommend 1000xRESIST, despite its few shortcomings.

The only reason this isn't getting a 10 is because of how short it is. I am ****ing hyped for Infinite Wealth
