Promoting Maternal Health in Hematology Care

Maternal morbidity and mortality closely intersect with hematology, and ASH is committed to supporting the right to maternal health care. The Maternal Health Care Resources webpage is curated with information and advocacy actions by ASH to help hematologists better serve their patients and communities including vulnerable populations.

#Fight4Hematology

As the world’s largest professional society serving clinicians and scientists around the world who are working to conquer blood diseases, ASH is fighting for hematology in the face of executive orders and other federal actions that threaten hematology research and, ultimately, the care of patients.

Join the #Fight4Hematology by Supporting the ASH Foundation

Cuts to funding for the National Institutes of Health threaten to halt lifesaving hematology research and delay treatment breakthroughs, hurting patients worldwide. ASH is stepping up to support the research community by expanding award programs so that promising work can continue.

Join ASH in the #Fight4Hematology by making a gift to the ASH Greatest Needs Fund. Your support will go directly to programs like the ASH Bridge Grant, sustaining vital research.

ASH Center for SCD Initiatives

ASH launched the Center for Sickle Cell Disease Initiatives to further its commitment and streamline its programs for greater impact, ensuring sustainable improvements for those affected by SCD.
