1963 The whole of the company's equity was made available for trading on the Stock Exchange[3]
1964 Closely involved in the introduction of the Phillips Pozidriv screw; also introduced the Taptite self-tapping screw and Raycarl cold forging process[4]
c.1965 Aircraft Products Division was at Hospital Street and Cox Street, Birmingham
1994 Acquired by McKechnie [5]
