Hello! I am fairly new to doing Find A Grave. I've used it for years as a source for genealogy. I am an avid researcher for my own family roots. I have been working on our family tree for over 15 years. I love all the detective work! But now that I am fully into my genealogy career I wanted to become more involved. Plus I have put a few of my own requests out, so I figured why not pay it forward? Come to find out I actually enjoy searching for people's resting places and taking pictures for those who would like them.
I also like to try and make the headstones look the best I can by brushing the dust & dirt off and spraying them down with water. Dirt digging, weed and grass pulling when needed. I do try to get the location of where the departed are laid to rest.
I hope that I can help people get answers by just taking a photograph at cemeteries.
If you are a volunteer as well, Thank you for your hard work!
As I hold no interest in managing memorials that are not my family members/ancestors. I am incredibly grateful for the ones that have been transferred to me as I got a late start in the game. Especially the ones who had pictures and information. Thank you!
