Bio
My husband is Rick L. Daniel, and our daughter Mary Elizabeth Daniel Wall and her husband Jacob live in Pearland, Texas. I was an English professor at Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis. Rick and I both retired in 2021 and moved to Pearland, Texas so we could be closer to our daughter and son-in-law. Mary and Jacob also have two cats named Bella and Bilbo; therefore, we don't miss our Muffin as much since her death in 2017.
After Mom's passing on January 7, 2016, I became interested in discovering more about my genealogy. Mom is buried at West Ridge Park Cemetery, and I discovered her grave on this site. Additionally, I found a letter from Brenda J. Hunt, a long-time contributor to this site, which she sent to my parents in 2014. Along with the letter, Brenda sent my parents a number of artifacts related to the Rushton family. Also included was information about my grandparents, Forrest G. and Mary E.(Johnson)Yeager.
Since Mom's death, we have lost my dad, my mother-in-law, and my darling kitty Muffin, who was 20. With the numerous artifacts I possess from my parents and grandparents, along with the plethora of possibilities available on Find A Grave and Ancestry.com, I am hopeful to build a priceless family archive.
