I've been researching my family roots for over 40 years...genealogy is my passion and favorite hobby, it's like putting the pieces of a puzzle together.
I'm blessed with living in the same region most of my ancestors once lived, so it makes it easy to physically take pictures of their gravestones and sometimes homes they once lived.
I retired with a 40-Year Career from Federal Government and had hoped to have more time to work on my favorite hobby of genealogy; however, I now have become a full-time care taker for my elderly mother and elderly In-laws, but I do dabble with genealogy every chance I get.
