I use FAG as a stand alone quick reference to see deceased ancestors, no matter if they are buried, cremated or lost to time. And anyone can access the info, so it makes sending out links easy. And I like seeing all those who are directly connected on one page, and first thing.

Accuracy is key w user provided content being used as evidence on Ancestry. As such, I welcome and encourage well researched Edit Suggestions.

Hopefully that research includes reading current FAG guidelines, and edits that reflect it. For example, I have yet to see anything against using all caps for surnames but, aside from not being actual data, which the edits are meant for and takes the time to research, I'll get Suggested Edits for that. And there is a new guideline that ALL married surnames be included in the Last Name field, yet some still seem to think only the surname on the headstone should be included. Please DYR.

Last, if using my content, you don't have to credit me as long as you follow copyright law. So, not for financial gain etc, but for personal, research or educational purposes only.
