As for cemeteries ... of course they go hand-in-hand with genealogy! They're brimming with history and family stories! I've been taking pictures of graves for a few years too, but those photos just sat in dusty old files all but forgotten. I've finally decided it's time to share them so I've posted several of the ones I have in digital format, with a few still to go.
I'm willing to fill requests for photos from my local area as I can. Family history is meant to be shared ... the memories, traditions, stories photographs and information! I'm excited to be adding 'Find A Grave' as another connection and outlet for the sharing of this magical journey we call genealogy!
Some of the surnames I'm researching include, Stevenson, Richard, Hunt, Lee, Taylor, Plumb, Rattray, Brandriff, Swartz, and Poskochil.
May the wind be always at your back ... and the brick walls crumble at your lightest touch! ;)
