Started searching for the Roots of my family back in 1979. I found the original christening records of my great grandmother from Scotland. I thought I had found myself a new LITTLE Hobby. Wow, was I ever wrong.
Its a lifetime search. I tell anyone who loves a good mystery and is interested in history that they have their very own waiting for them. My quest has brought me into contact over the years with many delightful new family members and new contacts all over the place. How fun is that???
I think Find A Grave is a great source of information. Its a great tool to cross those "Ts" and dot those "Is" we all have because we are unable to get to all the places our family members were laid to rest.
