I spend a lot of time in cemeteries, photographing, verifying and cleaning up gravesites, for the Historical Society, myself and Find-a-grave. It can be a lot of work, but the pleasure and satisfaction I receive is worth it all. I will not add obituaries and/or photographs that fall within the copyright timeframe. Please do not ask me to add unverified biographies, and information that is only of interest to you. (trips you shared, hobbies of deceased, how they were sweet to you at Christmas, where they lived in the 1930 census, etc.) After all, this is not a genealogy site, but is a tool that can help Cemetery Historians as well as family historians and genealogists, alike.

I may on occasion add little sayings on headstones at your request, HOWEVER, it is up to my discretion. If you have something to add that I have mentioned above, please contact me and I will be more than happy to add it for you. I will be more than happy to link them to children, parents and spouses.

I have been inundated recently to add things like, "Sister" or "Mother." I feel the most important things on Memorials are Name, Dates and family links. I will add Biographies as long as it is just that, and not things like "My granny baked the best cookies" etc. I just do not have time to do that sort of thing.
