An avid genealogy researcher and history buff for over 30 years, I currently reside in Bensalem, PA.
Focus of research is Macon County, AL. In 1999, I created a website to capture my findings. This website is now defunct. Thus, in 2012, I created a Facebook page, Rooted in Tuskegee which now have approximately 600 members.
In March 2022, I found my 10% Caucasian DNA connection to the Tannehill family through William D Tannehill, a Union Soldier, who had his first born child with my 2nd great grandmother, Charity Padgett. He would later marry and have other children. Ryan Tannehill, QB for the Tennessee Titans is a cousin.
