Mrs. Sandra C. Tedford of Fairview, Texas, a longtime resident of Farmersville, Texas passed away Friday evening at her residence in Fairview. She was born March 11, 1938 in Berwyn, Oklahoma, the daughter of Samuel Clyde and Mildred A Banks Haney. Sandra was the co-owner of Tedford Chevrolet in Farmersville and was married to Robert A. (Bob) Tedford September 3, 1955 in Gene Autry, Oklahoma. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Farmersville, DAR, and the Farmersville Eastern Star #940 for 52 years and later Suncreek Methodist Church of Fairview. She was generous, smart, brave, funny-a shrewed businesswoman and a wonderful storyteller.

She is survived by her son Robbie Tedford and wife Kailyn of Farmersville and a daughter Beverly Toney and husband David of Prosper, Texas. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Amy Feagin and husband Curt, Kristy Cannon and husband James, Alex Toney and Claire Toney, also; great grandchildren Rylee Feagin, Cole Feagin and Ava Cannon. She is also survived by 1 Brother Richard Haney and wife Judy of Atlanta, Ga.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bob Tedford July 31, 1997.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Farmersville, Texas with Dr. Bart Barber and Tracy Odneal officiating and interment will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Farmersville, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday night at the Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville, Texas.

In Lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to the Texas Scottish Rites Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
