Looking for an experienced freelance web designer who can read/write Mandarin to design a Mandarin entertainment website. Strong design, visual and layout skills required.

Essential:

  • Visual design for interactive media
  • Web design with proven ability to produce valid, quality markup with style sheets

  • Interaction design

  • Understanding of usability

  • Consistent delivery of high quality results

Preferrable:

  • Advanced HTML and CSS experience and knowledge, coding to W3C standards
