UC Riverside Library has a broad audience, from students, professors, to librarians. Chapter Three designed a clean, accessible site to ensure that all audiences could use the site equally well.

Architecting the administrative experience for varying technical expertise
A few UC Riverside Library site administrators did the bulk of the content updates, while a secondary group only dealt with a small amount of content. We set up the administrative experience to restrict access based on role so that the secondary group only saw what was relevant to them, while the main administrators had more tools and options.
