Hi. I'm Amy Cameron from STL Partners and I'm here at MWC 2026 amidst all the buzz with Salma Datinas, who's head of Amdocs' Cloud Studio. So, Salma, my first question for you is that Amdocs' has been talking about this concept called the cloud complexity crisis. What is that? Over the past decade that we have been leveraging cloud, we kept adding more and more automation into the cloud environments and platforms in enterprises. What this meant is we added a lot more pressure on the humans that are involved in the loop. So for example, we have people that are making the decisions, that are doing maintenance, that are having approvals. All of that meant that actually the blocker moved from the technology to the humans that are now overwhelmed with the amount of complexity that exists in their day to day life, whether that be because of expanding services that are becoming available or hybrid clouds or edge clouds or edge computing, sovereign cloud. There are so many things that the human now has to contend with. And this is where we are seeing that in enterprises, the return on investment in automation is really plateauing, and our customers aren't getting the value out of the money and the effort that they are investing in their platforms. And this is how we started thinking and shifting away from thinking about automated cloud to agentic cloud. Okay. So it's a really complex environment now. We can see where we're going with Agentic. Amdocs has launched aOS and Amdocs Studios. How does this address the complexity? So Amdocs Studios really was born from the professional services and consulting capabilities that Amdocs acquired over the years. And the thinking was about looking at our services and thinking about them in a very different way, in a step change manner, thinking about how do we do modernization for and with the service providers in a very completely different way with agentic capabilities now. So this is where we started thinking about creating what we call agentic services, which is effectively a library of agents that are interoperable and composable. And what that means is we are able to have hyper specialized agents looking at the various stages of the modernization journey, but that we are able to plug in together into workflows that are very unique and specific to the use case of our customers. And this brings everything up into Agentic Cloud. Tell us a little bit more what that is. Correct. Absolutely. So we are looking at it from the cloud application and data layer because it is very important that we have agents that are able to reason, adapt, act, plan, and make decisions in a very complex environment. It is also very important that we have agents that are able to orchestrate other agents within that workflow as well. Amdocs clearly has a lot of agents. Is it that customers and telecoms operators need to deploy all of these agents? Absolutely not. What we really see is that where the providers should really think about is not deploying 85% of their investments into something that will give them five percent improvement or step change in their product or their customer experience. We really invite our customers to think about having very hyper specialized investments into the areas that will make the biggest impact on their business and really putting all of their focus there. We've seen a ninety four percent drop in high severity incidents. That's not just IT improvement. That's real world impact. With our next gen OSS, we've taken intelligence from the back end and brought it closer to the front lines where it matters most. For enterprise clients, it means quicker provisioning and more reliable service. In fact, we cut issue resolution time by thirty seven percent. That translates to better uptime, faster delivery, and trust. Our customer engagement platform is also driving major impact. Agents now have real time insights and AI powered guidance. Customers no longer have to explain the same issue twice. We're seeing faster responses and more empathetic service. Since launch, our Net Promoter Score jumped twenty seven points against these use cases. That tells us we're heading in the right direction. Autonomous networks are the future. Our goal is full automation, not just in pockets, but across layers and services. That includes automated fault resolution, predictive maintenance, and intelligent field operations. Amdocs plays a key role here with end to end inventory and orchestration and cross domain root cause analysis. It helps us not just detect problems, but solve them faster with less manual effort. Our relationship with Amdocs goes beyond tech. It's built on trust, transparency, and shared ambition. They've helped us become faster, leaner, and more customer centric. Transformation is never easy, but with a strong partner, the path becomes clearer and the outcomes more impactful.

Hi. My name is Hassan Joffrey. I'm with TELUS organization. My role there as VP of digital business solutions is to support all of our TTEC, TELUS Health, and agriculture and consumer goods business. I take care of all of the applications and infrastructure. I also take care of payments and billing for all of TELUS. TELUS has had a long lasting relationship with Amdocs. It's approximately twenty five plus years. Amdocs has helped build a lot of our core mission critical systems. Our experience with Amdocs has been very successful. We've never experienced resiliency issues. All delivery on application projects have been with high quality, on time, on budget. At TELUS, we embarked on a strategy to move legacy systems to cloud. As part of that strategy, we partnered with Amdocs to move three of our major systems over to the cloud and cloud enabled them as well. Our first system is our APRM system, which allows roaming settlements. We've successfully migrated that to the cloud. The second system is Keenan Amdocs. We moved that to the cloud. The advantage that gave us is we could add additional capacity, which we were very limited on on prem. By adding capacity, we can add and migrate other smaller billing systems and consolidate all of our commercial billing onto Keenan. Most recently, we are migrating our CS nine infrastructure to the cloud. So we we took a legacy system in partnership with Amdocs, converted it in a in a way that we could build environments on demand, and that really gets us to halfway to full cloud native. So a very advantageous migration that we're very happy with. We started a brand new program called Future Motive Operations. In that program, we're imagining the future of billing for TELUS, how how pricing and rating and billing will occur. In that process, Amdocs as a true partner has been integral in sharing with us what's happening in the industry, where industry going, what are competitors doing, so that we can reimagine what our future mode of operation will be, and we can build our road maps. We really appreciate the relationship with, Amdocs. We view Amdocs as a true partner, not just a vendor. Because Amdocs brings thought leadership, they bring value add capabilities, they help us with innovation, And so it's been a very successful relationship, the last twenty five years, and we expect it to continue for many years to come.
