Settings and perhaps instruction for common touch and multitouch operations. Should provide a complete set of configuration options for touch screen devices. Must also be able to coexist with Touchpad settings, as found in Mouse and Touchpad.

- Allow discovery of multitouch gestures for touchscreens and touchpads.
- Allow configuration of gestures:
- Adjust for physical ability.
- Adjust for hardware capabilities/sensitivity.
