Release Goals for the next d-i releases
Next target: beta 4 (announce)
Expected features/packages:
- linux 3.2.32-1
- netcfg 1.100 (segfault fix + privext workaround)
- rootskel 1.101 and cdebconf 0.177 (speech synthesis)
- console-setup 1.87 (fix for some languages)
- yaboot-installer 1.1.25 (fix for IBM POWER machines)
To-be-considered candidates:
- grub-installer 1.83 (installation on PowerPC)
- Hyper-V storage (#690978)
- tasksel 3.14 (drop system-config-printer from the GNOME task, fix missing copyright file #687858)
Probably too late for wheezy:
- Replacement of aptitude by apt-get in pkgsel (still needs deeper testing, change not uploaded in unstable)
