Oracle will deem virtual machine and bare metal compute instances as idle if, during a 7-day period, the following are true:

- CPU utilization for the 95th percentile is less than 20%
- Network utilization is less than 20%
- Memory utilization is less than 20% (applies to A1 shapes only)

看了下我那两个实例,不是 A1 shape ,CPU 平时都在 5%以下,memory 倒是稳定超过 50%,不知道有没有被收回的风险?
