I have been getting this error while trying to save my page after editing "=Can't locate Time/ParseDate.pm in

How do i save my topics or changes?

I think you could be missing one of the CPAN dependencies here (could be Date).
Check using cpan. i /Date/

It's the Time::ParseDate CPAN module.
